This time of winter always makes me a little stir-crazy. I find myself craving change, and am always thinking of little ways to change up our decor or furniture. If you’ve been thinking about doing a living room refresh, now is the time! I’ve partnered up with AllModern to share some warm, modern, organic updates for your living room.
Depending on your budget, there are lots of different ways to make over your living room. Paint, rearranging, and a quick swap out of pillow covers or artwork can go a long way! In fact, I previously shared a post about 7 ways to update your living room under $500!
If you’re ready to start from scratch- maybe you’re moving, bought your first place, or just ready to get rid of the hand-me-downs that you currently have!- AllModern is a great place to start for a variety of pieces. They have everything from lighting to rugs to artwork in a wide range of prices. The room I’ve put together below comes in just shy $3300- a major steal for a brand new living room! Don’t forget to budget for accessories (pillows, vases, candles, shelf decor, throw blankets, etc.)- I didn’t include any of that below, but AllModern definitely has all of those things as well.
One of the keys to creating a cozy, inviting space is to mix and layer textures. I combined a variety of textures including velvet, leather, wood, metal, and concrete to create an inviting, organic feel for this living room setup. Adding pillows, throws, and other accessories will only enhance this feeling more!
