Before
You’ll find our guest bedroom off the living room hallway. When we first saw it, it was a dingy room with blue carpet and cigarette-smoke-stained paneled walls. We freshened it up by ripping out the carpet and the paneling and adding a shiplap feature wall and fresh paint.
After
The white shiplap wall, paint, refinished wood floors and light fixture really freshened it up in here. Quite a few pieces in this room were things that we had already owned. I’d love to completely redecorate it again, but it serves the function we need it to and that’s all that matters at the moment!
