Sima Spaces is a boutique interior design firm based in St. Paul, Minnesota. We specialize in creating beautiful, yet affordable spaces that reflect the personalities and lifestyle of the people living in it.
A la carte design services by Sima Spaces offers a truly flexible, unique, and affordable approach to working with an interior designer. You are free to choose the level of assistance you may need on your project, whether you want only design direction or retail product sourcing and styling. When choosing a la carte services, the scope and details of the project can be fluid, allowing for a more affordable, flexible design experience.
Whether you’re local to the Twin Cities or live in a different state, Sima Spaces is able to work with you in-person or virtually to complete your project. A la carte projects can encompass a single room, multiple rooms, or your entire home.
The process starts with an in-home or virtual consultation, which is required for any further design assistance. From there, you may continue working with Sima Spaces on any or all of the following aspects of your project:
- retail product sourcing and design planning, including: layout/floor planning, color schemes, design ideas, paint recommendations, hardware, lighting, fixture, & finish selections
- moodboards and renderings and/or floorplans
- hourly consultation throughout your project
- assistance with installation and accessory styling (in-home only)
All levels of design assistance after the consultation are provided at an hourly rate, with a five hour minimum. The in-person two hour consultation is a flat fee of $225. One hour virtual consultations are available for long-distance clients at a flat fee of $125.
